By accessing or using Catering Helper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate catering or food business to use Catering Helper.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All plans include a one-month free trial unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, access data without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the menus, customer records, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service.

We strive to keep Catering Helper available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Catering Helper is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
